Dr. Basile is also an Adjunct Professor of Ophthalmology in NYEE, involved in supervising and teaching residents. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Glaucoma Society. Dr. Basile presented her research work at national ophthalmology meetings, as well authored book chapters.
