We're looking for people who are eager to learn, and who thrive in fast-paced environments. You might be tracing wiring problems or setting up computers. We work with VOIP, Exchange, mobile devices, and general desktop and network troubleshooting.

You should be:

-	Comfortable with driver installation, OS installation, basic PC configuration
-	Adept with basic network configuration (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
-	Familiar with machine imaging; experience (a plus!)
-	Experienced with VOIP and Firewall / VPN (also a plus!)
-	Friendly and excited to learn! This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll be expected to work independently and solve problems
