We want someone who:
| - | Has a brilliant portfolio showcasing at least 3 years of great design across multiple mobile platforms |
| - | Feels quite comfortable with research, really groks the interaction layer, renders lovely wireframes, but not necessarily production-ready comps |
| - | Knows Tufte and Norman, perhaps McGonigal |
| - | Speaks a little "dev." If you don't know any CSS and you can't explain the difference between a div and a span, this is going to hurt |
