I felt very relaxed and well informed throughout the entire visit. She was very pleasent and concerned about the problem that brought me to the office. This was my first appoinment with Dr.Franks ,I feel I have found a dentist i can be comfortable with and will recommend her highly to my friends :)

Very gentle and very, very professional, overall experience was excellent, will see Dr. Franks over and over again to continue the care of my smile.

Mia was so happy with Dr Franks. She was so nervous seeing a new Dr since we just moved here from Florida, but Dr Franks was wonderful with her and she left with a bright shiny smile!

Perhaps it was a slow day for the practice but I was seen basically right away. There was one small issue with the receptionist (could have been a bit less snippy) with regards to my insurance. However, Dr. Franks was one of the most gentle and friendly dentists I've seen. Not even the flossing part hurt (which always did with every other dentist I've ever been to).

I had a great appointment with Dr. Franks. Would highly recommend!

First of all, the office was very friendly. I filled out paperwork and was taken right back. Dr. Franks was very thorough with her examination and answered all questions I had. The dentist office typically makes me nervous to visit but this office made me feel comfortable!
