I was a couple of minutes late--but they didn't give me any problems. Saw me right away and still had me completed before the next patient arrived. She performed the cleaning herself, which I'm not used to--but appreciated the extra dedication. No complaints, overall!

Dr. Follette is wonderful! She took good care of me during my office visit. She was personable and very tentative to the teeth cleaning. Her staff is also very friendly and efficient. The office is cozy, so you feel comfortable right away. Even hearing her work with other patients, she is just great!

Excellent! First time seeing her and her staff (Amy and Rosa) and they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and explained everything that was going on. Real pro's. And the office just has a great feel to it. Dr. Follette explained every step she was taking and how we would proceed. The parking around the 2010 bldg, at St. Johns is difficult and expensive, so taking the bus or being dropped off is a good idea. But taken all together, I am really happy with my first visit to Dr. Follette's office.
