The next day after booking via ZocDoc I got a call from the receptionist, just verifying my info and sending documents to be filled out to save time during my first visit (I've always hated the 20 min paper work) and although it was my fault I forgot to, its a great way to avoid delays. Once that was done I was whisked away and greeted by a very friendly Natalia, She was great, she explained everything that was being done, honestly the best bedside manner I've ever encountered in the medical field in general (my last dentist appointment at another office i walked out feeling like I was abused). At the end they broke down what my insurance covered and also introduced me to a discounted plan that would help with my co-payments. All in all great visit with great people.
