Dr. Hochstein graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997, where he graduated at the top of his class, receiving many honors (among them including the prestigious Dentsply International Merit Award for Removable Prosthodontics). He went on to do a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he was later asked to join the staff as an attending professor in the Restorative Dentistry Department.

Since Formal Schooling Dr. Hochstein has spent many hours expanding his education by taking thousands of hours of continuing dental education in all disciplines of dentistry, from infection control and sterilization to all areas of complex dentistry, including implants, oral reconstruction, and cosmetic veneers.
