Dr. Zipkowitz was friendly. His receptionist was horrid and gave such an attitude the second I stepped into the office that I wanted to leave right then. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. She practically barked at me and told me to write down my social security number on a piece of paper. I told her I had typed my information into the ZocDoc's website, but that seemed to go right over her head. It was only AFTER my visit that she told me that my insurance would not cover the visit because it had been less than 6 months since that last time I had a consultation with another dentist. I ended up paying everything out of pocket. The rude receptionist said she had left me a voicemail the day before, but I couldn't understand half of what she said because of her accent and the message kept on cutting off.
He was friendly, efficient, professional and made me feel comfortable.
Very nice, attentive about my level of comfort, and explained each step and procedure before performing it. The whole staff was pretty fantastic.
