Dr. Platt was wonderful - very thorough, charming, and quick. He took time to explain not only what what would be happening during my visit, but also how my insurance would cover it and what I could expect. No fuss, no guilt, no bs. Best dentist experience I've had in years.

Dr Platt is professional, blunt, and a great dentist. His assistant Lila (sp?) however, was really rough with the polishing and did a cursory job - not sure if she even polished every tooth. Lots of the paste went down my throat.

I had not been to the dentist in 3 years...needless to say, I was a little apprehensive. BUT, Dr. Platt was kind. He didn't judge, or nag, or make me feel like a terrible person. Instead, he told me exactly what was wrong, how we'd go about fixing it, and how we'd prevent problems in the future. I appreciated the candor. I always do. I am...get this...looking forward to the next appointment! Now, I'm not really a dentist-phobe, my reasons for not seeing a dentist for so long were insurance-related, but I was starting to develop a fear of dentists. Not anymore, all fears totally dissipated. Have no reservations about making an appointment here. You'll be glad you did, even if you have a mild fear of dentists!

Dr. Platt is very friendly and makes his patients feel comfortable. He explains procedures well and doesn't make patients wait long to be seen.

Dr. Platt was extremely nice and explained my condition to me thoroughly. He also went over with me what the next steps to getting better would be and I was confident that I would be well under his care. His office is super clean and his attendants are friendly and jovial. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for truly wonderful dental care.

The visit with the actual dentist was great. He's got great bedside manner, and I like that he explains what's going on as he does it. There was one problem though. When I came to sign in at the front desk, they didn't see my appointment in their schedule. The receptionist then asked how I made the appointment. I said I made it with ZocDoc, and she seemed to understand why it wouldn't be in her schedule. I received an email confirmation from their office, so I don't understand how this happened. It pushed my appointment back by about half an hour. I wasn't particularly in a rush that day, but it was still inconvenient.
