Dr. Farhad Hakim

Dr. Farhad Hakim graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry, Washington D.C. with a D.D.S. Degree among the top ten of the class and the Deans Honor Roll. He attended two years of General Practice Residency (GPR) at Medical College of Virginia and McGuire Veterans Affair Hospital, Richmond, VA. He has been in private practice since graduation and owned a private clinic (Herndon Dental Center) since 2002 in Herndon, VA.

Since graduation, he attended several advance trainings in all phases of General Dentistry, including two years maxi course in dental implantology at Howard University, Washington D.C. 2003. Advance straight wire orthodentistry at American Dental Institute in 2006, he completed training for diagnosis and treatment of TMJ disorders at Bay Area Center, Tampa Florida. Dr. Hakim also attended trainings in Las Vegas Institute, Scottsdale Dental Institute, he attended several CE course in Implantology including Mini-implants, Bicon Implant, Esthetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Bone Grafting, and Sinus Lift at South Carolina University School of Dentistry. Certification in Orthodontics, Invisalign, TMD and Management. Dr. Hakim is Fluent in speaking English, Farsi, Turkish, and is familiar with Spanish.
