I was a little upset that the reception area seemed to forget about my file which resulted in my two hour wait. If I hadn't spoken up, I think I would've been there much longer. Aside from that, the dentist and hygienist were pleasant and gave detailed descriptions regarding the treatment I'd be receiving for the day.

Just wanted to give you some feed back on my experience with Bronx Dental care located : 47 East 167 Street Bronx, New York 718-293-1603 when I schedule my appointment with the office using Zocdoc I was so happy to find a warm, gentle DDS. that would help me over come fear of DDS and accept the fact that I would be losing all my teeth. I love Dr Frinaz Mairza and Dr. Oleg have been GREAT and supporting with wonderful bedside manners. Not to forget the dental assistant, who has been just as wonderful, and supporting as the Doctors. my complaint is with the Dental Lab this office uses named Prime. It has been one issue after another. with those issues I wished that I would have gone to another dental Office. Question would I recommend this office to any friends or family, the answer would have to be NO! The disappointments of not having my teeth done as the doctor has requests out weights the fact that the above Doctors/staff members have been wonderful.

Dr. Farinaz was very gentle and patient. She gave me the options before she would do anything. she gave me the option to seek 2nd opinion if I prefer before she would do what she knows would be best for me. She found out through Xtray pictures and physical examinations that I might have to remove ten of my teeth, but first asked me to ask my healthcare provider for a gum specialist in their network for me to visit for and see if they can save some of the teeth. I will recommend her to anyone who needs dental assistance. she has modern equipment too

I was received with enthusiasm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Farinaz is sweet, caring, confident in what she does, and knows what she is doing. I definitely recommends her. She goes the extra step to be of service to the community!
