Dr. Hricko was great and tried to help save me money by cleaning and fixing my retainers rather than having me buy new ones. However, she was not very friendly and none of her staff introduced themselves - they just came abruptly into the room and started working on my mouth, which was sort of discomforting. Still, I'd recommend this office, especially because they are so accommodating of busy schedules and are open Saturdays.
I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the office. The staff was friendly, efficient and competent. Dr Gab was great- she listened closely, understood my needs and made sure to explain all of my options. I was impressed how much time she spent with me. Recommended.
