Dr. Clause grew up in Steubenville, Ohio, with one brother and two sisters. Dr. Clause attended Ohio University and continued on to The Ohio State University where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. After graduating from Ohio State, Dr. Clause moved to Chicago to pursue her professional career. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Clause currently lives in Old Town with her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and attending sporting events. Dr. Clause also loves to donate her time to the Free to Smile Foundation, traveling to provide dental care and education to the poor and underprivileged adults and children of the world.
Dr. Clause accepts most PPO insurance plans (out-of-network) and is in-network with Aetna PPO, Connection Dental PPO, Guardian PPO and United Health Care PPO.

Great first visit.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Shealy. Let's just say someone (me) has a new dentist! She was very friendly, personable, fun and the Novocaine shot only hurt a little. 2 thumbs up :-)
Dr. Clause was great! She identified and clearly explained my problem to me, as well as my treatment options. She was very helpful in getting me the information I needed, and getting back to me when I had a follow-up question after I left the office.
