My first ZocDoc appointment! My verdict: nice dentist, clean modern office, but not-cool receptionist. I made an appt. for myself and my boyfriend, first thing in the morning (we're both busy professionals). After making the appointment, the receptionist called me to change the date. No prob - and ZocDoc also updated to reflect this change. However, once we arrived at the office, the receptionist claimed that she never changed our appointment date - she didn't apologize or anything. Not cool. Fortunately, the dentist was able to squeeze us in about 30minutes later. The dentist herself was super nice, and her assistants were also nice.

I've had more thorough cleanings. Dr. Sinensky didn't spend much time or attention on the cleaning, more on the consulting of work needed, which is going to be quite expensive.

Dr. Sinensky may be good enough to recommend if she weren't so frantically busy. I've been there twice and during both visits, she's literally running from one patient to the next. In fact, the entire staff appears to be under extreme pressure to squeeze in as many patients per day as possible. It's sad. However, if you have terrible dental insurance like mine (or no insurance), there aren't many affordable options in NYC.

I can confidently say I just found my new dentist. She walked me through everything, was very friendly and professional, and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Take into consideration all this is coming from someone who has a history of hating/fear of dentists, so for her to make a positive impact on me speaks volumes.

She's to the point, very kind and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. And the music they were playing was good and funky, too!

Dr. Sinesky was very polite and efficient. She performed the entire dental cleaning in under 1/2 an hour. The front-office was also well organized for my arrival.
