Dr. James Urkov DDS

His is a good dentist.

The most caring doctor I have ever met. He made visiting the dentist pleasant and something I want to do often.

Everything was great except sometimes his hands were trying to go into mouth when my mouth was closed. I haven't been to a dentist in a while but I'm used to being prompted to open more.

The office staff and DR. were above and beyond nice!!! Unfortunately I did not end up going through with the cleaning since this doctor is not, in fact, in network for Aetna Dental PPO as listed in the ZOC DOC search. I was disappointed because this seems like a great office!

He is the best

The only issue I have with this doctor is he is not a provider of any insurance company. He accepts all insurances, but is not associatied with any company. I didn't know this until after he had started a procedure even after I completed paperwork and presented his assistance with my insurance information, nothing was said to me. As a result of him not being a provider of any major insurance company, you can expect to pay more out of your pocket for his services, which I was not happy about at all. If you don't have a concern for this, I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Urkov is a very kind person and extremely knowledgeable dentist. He listens well and likewise communicates in an easy manner. His treatment plans are always include options, with much collaboration with the patient. He offers very creative solutions to difficult situations. He also is true to his intent to have painfree, or at worst, minimal pain with any procedures. A most pleasant experience. Imagine that: going to the dentist being pleasant!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Urkov for 2 years. He is the most painless dentist I've ever seen. He is all about maintaining the integrity of the tooth and your dental health.

Dr. Urkov was the best dentist I have ever used. He is friendly, thorough and explains every procedure. His assistant Bonnie is wonderful. If you want a great experience at the dentist, this is your guy!

He and his office secretary were friendly and professional. They explained all procedures thoroughly. I am moving my family dental needs to this practice.

Dr. Urkov absolutely wonderful! He's the only dentist I've been to who is genuinely warm, caring and funny, and does his best to make his patients feel at ease at every moment of the process. I recommend Dr. Urkov highly.
