Dr. Figueroa and her staff were amazing-- very friendly and professional. They helped me figure out my dental insurance policy, and Dr. Figueroa made the appointment very easy.

Very personable and great at explaining procedures. Took the time to answer and questions and created a very warm, safe environment.

Warm, welcoming staff from start to finish. Dr. Figueroa is pleasant, polite, professional, and very informative. She has a very sincere and guilt-free way of explaining your bad habits and what you could improve on for better dental hygiene. Highly recommended!

Really nice, competent and did a thorough job. She did my cleaning herself and explained everything she was doing. I went back to get a filling and trusted her to try it without numbing me up first. Funnily enough, the filling hurt less than the cleaning (not that the cleaning was all that painful).

Dr. Figueroa and her staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The women at the front desk made me feel very welcome when I came in and helped me with any questions I had regarding insurance. Dr. Figueroa is very knowledgable and my cleaning was quick yet very thorough. They even gave me a chocolate in the toothbrush bag when I was on my way out. Would highly reccomend. Oh, and the best part. THEY'RE OPEN ON SATURDAYS!!!

she is beyond awesome!!! extremely sweet,makes you want to come back to the dentist!!! the little kit they give you when you leave has chocolates too. awesome office, amazing staff- best dentist ever!!

I hate going to the dentist and hadn't had a cleaning in a few years. Dr. Figueroa and her assistant were both professional, warm, informative and friendly. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Figueroa for my twice-yearly cleanings.

Very nice, excellent at explaining things, really nice office. Only thing that bothered me a little was she spoke in Spanish to her assistant a few times (which I don't understand) and that made me feel a little uncomfortable because I didn't know what was being said. But I always get anxious going to the dentist anyway, and everything else was great! I'd highly recommend her.

Very annoying wait time but it is because she is so thorough and attentive to the patient she is seeing. I would recommend coming 15 minutes late. Her bedside manner is exceptional and she takes the time to explain everything she sees and gives suggestions.

I thought Jessica was great. She was lovely, as was her whole staff. The office is very clean. They have great new technology. She was willing to walk me through the whole process, discussed options, and I felt welcome there. I have my next appointment booked already!

I like her and her bedside manner when she is working on my needs, but occasionally she bows out to work on another patient and then come back to me. This sometimes leaves me waiting in the chair for 10-15 mins in intervals of my visit, which I do dislike. This however has not yet deterred me from coming back. Her office is nice and she is great so I am hoping those were just rare occasions.

The office staff was warm and friendly and ready for me as soon as I got there. I really enjoyed my experience.

A true Jewel in the hard cement city. I read the reviews before I went to her and they are all true, she does take her time and treats everyone w/respect. I won't mind waiting a little longer to be treated by her. She listens and respects what you say and doesn't ignore you as so many Doctors do. I've already recommended her to 2 friends and won't stop.

Dr. very friendly, office is well organized, spacious and clean; did have a problem with a cavity she filled though. She repaired it free of cost.

Dr. Figueroa was very thorough in explaining was issues, if any were present, steps to fix everything and explained everything that was going on while in the chair. Really refreshing, as past Dentists have been KINGS of upsells and unnecessary treatments. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, which is odd considering we close to mid-town Manhattan.

Dr. Figueroa was great! She took the time to explain to me what she saw in my X-Rays and discussed ways I could improve my teeth. She was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment. Before recommending any course of action she had her staff checked to make sure that my insurance would cover it.

The assistant was quick and professional in getting the x-rays done for Jessica to get started on my initial exam and cleaning. Jessica also went above and beyond offering to find out further info on a specific procedure that I am interested in.

Dr. Figueroa is excellent, outstanding, attentive and very professional. Everyone should make her their primary dentist. Trust me you wont regret paying a visit to her office. I made her my dentist for life!!!!!

This was my first time using ZocDoc and my first time with Dr. Figueroa. Her office was nice and very clean. She was very professional, warm and welcoming, as was her receptionist and dental assistant. She made recommendations about possible procedures, yet didn't impose any unnecessary pressure and took the time to explain everything in detail. I will definitely be going back to her.

The Doctor was great. I wish her dental assistant knew English a little more but she was still sweet nonetheless. I had to wait a little bit but her office manager was great in giving me a time frame and I felt good about the Doctor and the facilities. Good find will go back!

Fantastic! Definitely making her my new dentist. I'm new to the city so I was apprehensive about new doctors. Dr. Figueroa was so friendly and incredibly kind to me and her staff. She explained everything she was doing as she did it, and I got a free whitening kit. The office was very clean and had a very nice receptionist. I honestly have never had a better dental experience.

Finally a nice dentist office! Doctor is really competent, nice and willing to explain everything! She totally takes her time to be with the patient and even the cleaning she did by herself. Would totally recommend her.

Dr. Figueroa was very kind and approachable, and gave me good tips about caring for my teeth. I also like that she has convenient hours (Saturdays and evenings) My only concern is that the wait was a little bit long, but since it was after work hours, I wasn't as bothered by it.

The office itself is fine - clean and orderly - but nothing fancy like some of the very high-end offices. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, as was Jessica. I've been to many dentists, and she gave me the impression that she really knows what she's doing, from the way that she performed routine procuedures to her ability to answer questions and point out things about my teeth. I'd definitely go back to see her again. Also, for Spanish speakers that don't speak very good English, everyone in the office seemed to be fluent in Spanish.
