They were running lil behind but staff was apologetic. Frnt desk very nice, personable & solicitous. Dental asst kinda inattentive (even w/suction) but very nice. dr. patel himself was professional, courteous, told me what I needed in understandable terms, didn't get personal regarding my lack of dental care, super courteous & very personable. only 1 complaint-he was a tad rough! I did need good bit of scaling but still - was kinda like he "worked the tools" vs. letting tools work for him. All in all, don't let location fool you, good dentist's ofc, would go back and/or recommend.
