I enjoyed my first visit to Dr. Kingsley office. He is very smart, funny, enjoyable and I feel very comfortable with him. The office was very very nice. Dr. Achikeh was exceptional. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen, but he came out after about 10 or 15 minutes and personally apologized to me for making me wait. His staff also acknowledged twice that I would be seen as soon as possible. When I got in to see him, he did the cleaning himself- that hasn't happened to me in a long time. He apologized two more times for making me wait. He also took the time to listen to me when I explained the problems I was having and didn't make me feel rushed. I need to get my wisdom teeth taken out, which I've known for quite some time now. He talked through with me the reasons why more clearly than anyone else ever has. He also pointed out that it's not an emergency, and told me it's fine to wait a while if now is not a good time for me to have the surgery. Finally, he offered to email me a referral letter for the oral surgeon, which I thought was an especially convenient option. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
