The waiting room was horrible. The secretary is a idiot and took her a hour to confirm my insurance information, she was very rude. Dr Shamtoub was great and very professional, it wouldve been a great experience if they had a new secretary.

Mr.Shamtoub was extremely nice. Mr.Shamtoub took his time to explain everything and even should a video which went more into details of certain procedures I had questions about. He did not rush which is a gem in our days. Before any work start Mr.Shamtoub and I spent about 20 minutes talking about different dental procedures. The hygienist was extremely nice as well. This is a friendly place and everybody has a very nice warming attitude.

This was my 6 years old daughters first visit to a dentist, he was great the staff and doctor made her feel safe and confident. Plus she got a toy at the end :-)
