Bedside Manner- Wait Time
I thought the secretaries at the office were very unprofessional and not accommodating. After I was told I had to have work done that costs a lot of money, they expected me to book appointments immediately and acted poorly when I wanted time to think about my options. As well, the available dates they gave me were very limited and months in advance. I will not visit her again.

I met with the Doctor quickly, she was in the office for 2 minutes, and then I had to schedule additional appointments. Was difficult to make appointments. The office was very clean, which is important for me.

She was very nice and knew what she was doing. The office was friendly too and quick with paperwork. I had an awful experience with my previous dentist so I am very happy with Dr. Gedz.

Although it was a busy office, they were extremely cordial and friendly. Even though I was a new patient I was treated as a long-time patient of hers.
