Dr. Maria González is a thorough, attentive prosthodontist treating patients in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding communities. Her goal as a practitioner is to provide each patient with nothing but the best possible treatment. The daughter of a dentist, she learned from her father the art of nurturing trust in her patients through the unquestionable value of integrity. Her drive for continuous learning, coupled with her attentive approach, makes her patients feel secure and valued.
In order to pursue her dental degree, Dr. González attended the Universidad Veracruz, graduating summa cum laude. After two years of private practice, she continued her dental education with a preceptorship in prosthodontics at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. Dr. González completed a master’s degree and a certification in prosthodontics at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.
Patients visiting Dr. González can receive a full range of prosthodontic care. Her areas of professional interest include occlusal analysis, occlusal equilibration, fixed prosthodontics, complete dentures, sleep apnea appliances, and implant-supported fixed or removable restorations. When she is not treating patients, Dr. González enjoys going to the movies, travelling to experience new cultures, and spending time with her friends.
