The only blemish in my experience was that she was a little late but not an abnormal amount of time passed and she addressed her tardiness immediately. Besides that, Dr. Chernin was probably the sweetest dentist I've ever had. I can write about my experience, but it doesn't capture how absolutely amazing she is. She was kind and gentle and seemed to really care about me as a person and care about my dental health. The office was super cozy and warm. The receptionist was kind and well mannered. If I can afford it, I'll go to her until either of us leaves the city.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chernin. It has not been a common experience for me for the dentist to conduct the whole visit (as opposed to a tech), so it was a welcome surprise when Dr. Chernin conducted my scans and evaluation, followed by the cleaning and diagnosis. I even learned some new dental hygiene tips to incorporate into my daily dental routine. Dr. Chernin helped turn what I have found to be a commonly stressful experience (visiting the dentist ) into a positive one.
