I'm very glad I used Dr. Pelts services. She and her office staff were very professional, kind and caring. Dr. Pelts explained everything to me about my xrays and always asked me if I was ok during my cleaning.

I really liked her. The office is very contemporary, high tech, and sparkling clean. The assistants are nice, friendly, professional too. The doctor explained the work needed in all details, not rushing me or pushing me for any decisions. I was very impressed. Definitely coming back.

Great doctor. Very caring, knows what she is doing, and doing it really well. Never painful. She is my Dr for a while already. I recommended her to everyone. And her assistants are very pleasant and caring too.

Her assistant was a sweetheart, took my nerves from a 10 to 1, which I was so grateful. Dr. Pelts was friendly, explained everything to me directly & clearly - no sugar coating - and I left feeling relieved I found a dentist I'm not terrified to go back to! Her staff gave me a print out of work that I needed, their fee, how much insurance covered & how much out of pocket I'd have to pay. She explained everything & was patient with me until I understood it. I have never received service like this ANYWHERE! Thank you!

From the outside, you would think twice about going to see this dentist, but once inside you see that the office is really very clean and modern. I would even say it's the niceest dentist's office I've ever been to. The receptionist was very friendly. The doctor was extremely thorough and walked you through the process. I was very impressed. The only downside was the wait time, but it was because someone needed an emergency appointment before me. I am very happy to have found Dr. Pelts!

Absolutely wonderful woman! very gentle, very detailed oriented, numbs you before a cleaning, what more could you want in a dentist. Also her staff are sweethearts. I couldn't be happier.

She is a very patient and caring dentist. Her priority is your comfort during your visit. I have high anxiety with going to the dentist and she puts me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Pelts. One of the best!!!!

I consider myself to be very particular about my teeth. Therefore when it was time to choose, I chose Renaissance Dental. Dr. Pelts is very detailed and always goes above and beyond to improve your overall smile. She is a true professional and passionate about her work. I never have issues getting in, and she is always respectful of my time. Also Dr. Pelts always communicates with you while you are in the chair. Natalie, her assistant, is so wonderful; she is very efficient, and always friendly. Another great detail about this office is that they play music/TV/DVD while you are in the chair.

Quick, considerate and gentle when cleaning. Explained clearly what needs to happen going forward and planned out the next visits for specific procedures (taking out wisdom teeth and filling a cavity).

She was wonderful! Dr. Pelts and her assistant were gentle and careful during my oral examination. They gave me more than adequate warnings when a painful procedure was about to begin and wanted me to voice out any discomfort I experienced. I am a new patient to the office and the front-desk took the time to explain my insurance coverages, as well as explain costs before my procedure took place. A lot of my past dentists would perform the procedure first and then tell me the current and follow-up costs. Even though most of it was covered by insurance, it's better to know upfront. I'll be going back for follow up visits, but am expecting the same great service. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update my review.

Wow. I came with a broken tooth, she did a root canal, and it DID NOT HURT. At all. I did not even feel the shot. Really good dentist. Trust me, I know. The whole crew seems very nice, the office is beautiful and very clean. Also, I was watching my ESPN channel for the whole hour she was working on me, might be one of the reasons it did not hurt.
