Terrific experience. Her entire staff explained everything with great clarity and warmth. I was seen immediately when I walked in and while I came in for a cleaning only they were able to preform the fillings that needed to be done (my first) right away. They also onward referred me to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth and gave me all the paperwork needed to complete that efficiently. Highly recommended!

My first time in, I had some administrative/clerical problems. I went in with no insurance card, and one of the front desk ladies wasn't having it. I basically had to reschedule my appointment, because of insurance crap that could have (and should have) been handled over the phone. HOWEVER, the second time I went in I spoke with Miss Margaret. Nicest lady of all time. Still had the same insurance info errors, but Miss Margaret insisted that she would get it taken care of and I would definitely be seeing the dentist. She is great! Dr. Preston is great as well. She is highly professional and its easy to have confidence in her ability while she is working. I was a little short on $$$, but Miss Margaret worked something out for me. I'll definitely return.

Dr. Preston is the BEST!!! I was NEVER going to take myself and family back to Grant Park Dental because of the previous dentist Dr. Pittman. Every time we've seen Dr. Preston we've received superior treatment and respect. She's most informative and compassionate. Her staff is great as well. They always take really good care of me. I have had intense cleaning, fillings, and a root canal. They provided accurate information, and they allowed me to see verbatim what I was being charged for and what was covered.
There were no miscommunications, which I had with previous dentists. I am very pleased with Dr.Preston and her staff.

My interaction with Dr. Preston was very positive. She's a serious yet approachable professional who explained as well as answered my questions. A mid-range dental care plan was drafted for me and I was then given a copy.
The staff was young and a bit disorganized, yet interaction (with limited discussion) was pleasant. One objection I have, which happens in too many settings: I don't think it professional or respectful to address an adult stranger-especially a client-by their first name. While Dr. Preston did not do this, a couple of her staff did. Perhaps the perception is this may help one feel at ease, but whatever the reason, I don't care for it. If for example, I escorted my mother to an appointment and she was addressed by her first name, the staff would hear from me ASAP; I expect the same treatment for myself. If it does happen upon my return I will make certain it's corrected.

I was a little uneasy about a new employee assisting with my X-rays. I actually believe that there were some "pictures" that had to be re-done because she didn't place the little thing I had to bite on in my mouth properly. Overall the visit was pleasant.

My wife is absolutely terrified of dentists, yet the staff AND Dr. Preston made her feel right at home, taking time to explain things in a way we understood. they joked around, but it was easy to see that they genuinely had our best interests at heart. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Preston to anyone.
