I set the appointment to have my 14 year old retainer adjusted/removed. They repeated back to me on the phone what the appointment was for. When we got there they told us that Dr. Thomas was not a an orthodontist and he could not do an adjustment. When I asked if he could just remove he said that he could do that, but that he was shorthanded and didn't have the time to do it today. Have to say, not very impressed.
I have been terrified about going to the dentist since my last appointment with a different dentist. I have a great feeling about my treatment and look forward to healthy teeth with Dr Pramod!
