Very easy to talk to. She made me comfortable and feel at ease. She was sensitive to my anxiety of going to the dentist and my fear of pain. Very nice office and state-of-the-art equipment.

Doctor and assistants were good, but the wait time was ridiculous. I came in at 12:20 for a 12:45pm appointment and I didn't leave until around 4:30. I got fillings. I was supposed to get a deep cleaning but after my filings I was beyond ready to leave

I will never come back to this place! Dr. Briano wasn’t who I booked with. He was rude, didn’t acknowledge me when he walked in. He had attitude when I asked him questions or responded to his questions. He didn’t offer any explanation for what care would be best, he was only focused on cost even though I never said that was a concern but assumed that it was. When I took too long to respond with a decision he said someone in financing would come talk to me so I could make up my mind and he walked out. There were absolutely no pleasantries or any type of patient care or customer service from him whatsoever. There was no apology for the long wait or the fact that I had to ask for someone else to see me. The dentist I booked with doesn’t even work there! Absolutely horrible experience! The only pleasant experience I had with this office was the support staff. The x-ray tech was amazing! Her name is Ally. She was wonderfully kind, thoughtful, patient, empathetic and very helpful to me.

It feels like a dentist mill. I tried to be clear why I was coming in on my intake form and they kept treating me like I was just there to get a routine cavity check. Meanwhile I busted my face open and couldn’t shut my jaw which was surprising to the staff. The doctor wanted to just file down my chipped teeth before getting my jaw realigned which was a huge failure on her part. Everything was rushed. Everyone felt impatient. I was talking slowly due to the accident. My jaw issues were not sufficient addressed. I honestly feel bad that everyone’s time was wasted, including mine.
