He was good but the office assistant who was going over the forms I completed and entering them in the computer was not. She didn't listen at all and asked the same questions that the sheet had asked me, she had no personable manner and did not respond when asked something. She is not someone who conveys knowledge, professionalism or confidence.
He spent a lot of time with me and addressed all of my concerns. He is very personable and all of his staff were very friendly.

I got to see the doctor pretty much instantly after 10 minutes of paper work. He seemed pretty knowledgeable, but I did feel a little bit rushed out. He did tell me that I can contact him if I have any questions, so that was nice.

He was great! Thorough, congenial, efficient, really great. The wait, however, was not. I showed up fifteen minutes before my appointment with my new patient forms filled out. I then waited for an hour and thirty five minutes before being called into the examination room. The office staff was pleasant, but no one checked in or told me they were running late. It was very frustrating. My appointment was at 12:15pm, I walked out of the office at 1:58pm. I think I would see him again, but would be much more insistent about knowing how long the wait would be.

Dr. Spingarn was very good and explaining everything during my visit. I felt well-informed and his bedside manner should be the standard when you visit any doctor. You can tell he not only cars about his profession, but genuinely cares about his patients and I left feeling that I didn't visit a robot. Doctors should take a cue or two from him.
