I went to see Dr.Quintana originally for some unsightly scars,and now I am just looking for excuses to go back.It's a beautiful office in midtown so its super easy for me to get to. Her staff is just awesome as well;they're always friendly which is a little hard to come by in this city.The scar I originally went for is now unnoticeable.I have also gone back for laser hair removal,an easy procedure with great results.Dr.Quintana is a gem that I am hoping Ican keep hidden for as long as possible.

The front desk was very friendly and served me tea. I explained my acne to the doctor and she quickly gave me a list of drugs and steps what to do and when. Besides being a little turned off by the quantity of medication, the total time face to face with the doctor was about 7 mins. As many other reviewers have noted both she and her staff are amazing. Dermatologists tend to generalize your care and all to often seem not interested. Dr. Quintana is not that type of doctor she is approachable and friendly. As well her office has up to date technology that makes me feel confident in how she will track my progress. Talk about clean WOW not only is the waiting room clean but the examining room was so clean, organized. The chair/table for patients is quite comfortable, not like a typical exam table. Upon checking out the office manager and practice coordinator, Charlene Elgin, gave me her business card and asked how my visit was. I had heard the office manager ask another patient the same thing upon exiting. Lastly, the Dr./Nurse gave me both a "coupon" and samples of the scrip that I was on my way to fill....my scrip turned out to be FREE! We got to love free.

I had gone in for a skin screening and was very nervous, between her and her nurse, I was put at ease and came out with a clean bill of health. I was especially pleased that unlike so many other dermatologists, Dr. Quintana did not try to push other services on me - she simply took care of what I came in for without "helpfully suggesting" other things I could or should get done. My wait time (including new patient paperwork) was maybe 15 minutes and I was able to schedule the appointment for after work. I would highly recommend her.

I was filling out new patient paper work which is probably why it took me a bit longer in the waiting room, I did not mind though, the staff was very nice, they offered me complimentary drinks, had candy and a t.v. that wasn't running those boring repetitive advertisements. When I was in the patient room waiting to see Dr. Quintana, the nurse who did my intake was friendly and while I was waiting to see the doctor she let me watch t.v. in that room as well! Dr. Quintana also gave me coupon cards for everything she prescribed and also sent me to a neighborhood pharmacy which she said would be a bit more personal than a duane reade. She made me feel comfortable and I trusted her so I went. All in all, good experience.

Best dermatalogist I've ever had. Instead of harsh expensive medications that make my acne worse, Dr. Quintana gave me extremely effective, mild prescriptions that were just right for my skin and much cheaper than I expected. She is very generous with samples and also gives a lot of coupons, so that one expensive prescription was even free for 2 months while others were drastically reduced in price. Dr. Quintana is very personable as well, and honest about what you need and don't need to do. She's not trying to push anything unnecessary on you like other dermatologists. From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and even offered me a beverage. I've never seen a patient room like this one. It had a tv and they even gave me the remote so I could play around. I didn't really get to channel surf though because Dr. Quintana came in pretty quickly. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my body exam. She found a mole that she felt needed to be biopsied. It was a painless procedure! From talking to her I discovered she does a lot of different types of cosmetic treatments in addition to dermatology. So even if my biopsy turns out negative, I will definitely come back. She even gave me suggestions on what I could use when I break out. My whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end!

I was lucky enough to book a same day appointment with Dr. Quintana through ZocDoc. I had a great experience at Dr. Quintana's office- first, the staff was kind, attentive and super helpful; the office was clean and modern; and Dr. Quintana was thorough and had a great bedside manner. She had great suggestions and provided a detailed skin care regimen, complete with directions and samples. I was able to book my next appointment immediately. I will definitely return to see Dr. Quintana for any of my skin-related troubles- she is by far the best dermatologist I've seen.

I saw Dr. Quintana because of the good reviews and the convenience of the location. Her reviews really stand up. She's very knowledgable and warm and she took the time to actually explain my prescriptions and give me a regimen which I've never had before. I forgot to ask a question during my visit and was able to call and have it answered over the phone.

I had my follow up appointment. I know that it will take some time, but I definitely see a great improvement of my Acne.The staff is helpful and the Dr.Quintana makes me feel comfortable.

Got an appointment on a Friday night for a terrible rash. Was seen right on time. Dr was great. Called in prescription for me and nurses gave me sample creams to use in the meantime. Told to call in over the weekend if itching and rash continue.

My experience with Dr. Quintana was fantastic and I recommend her highly! I came for an annual skin exam and I felt she was completely thorough (she actually found something of concern) while being very patient and friendly. The office is a pleasure to be in (flat screen tv was available in the waiting room and exam room even though my wait was almost nonexistant). Her staff are also extraordinarily pleasant and helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Quintana! She was patient, answered all of my questions with the perfect combination of concern and humor, and her office was a delight to visit. All staff was so pleasant and helpful. And did I mention the lovely drink menu (non alcoholic, of course) and flat screen TV in the waiting room? I highly recommend Dr. Quintana!

One extra perk I liked about this doctor is: 1) They call you and give you a website where you can fill out the New Patient Registration Forms and fax it in to them, so that you don't have to do it on the day of your visit, so you'll hopefully be seen faster. 2) They give you beverages like soda, water, juice, etc. while you wait and leave out a small dish of hersey chocolates -- which makes for a very comfortable waiting experience, which was short anyway!

Everything about my visit was great. This was my first time there. Strting with the sweet and helpful receptionist. The Dr Quintana was great. She is not focused on selling. I will go to her for beauty services for sure, but she also is a serious doctor, spotting something on my cheek that may turn out to be skin cancer. She was thorough, careful and attentive.

By far one of the best doctors's offices i have ever been to. I didn't spend more then five minutes in the waiting room. All of the doctor's staff was knowledgeable and polite. I was in and out of the chair fast, but i didn't feel rushed and i had plenty of time to ask the doctor questions, which she had no problem answering. I will most definitely be recommending her to all of my friends.
