She is extremely polite and professional. She made me feel at ease and provided great feedback for all my questions.

Holy cow, she was really great. Exactly what you want from a doc on a first visit. Left very pleased.

I was nervous going in. Dr. Chang had a great bedside manner that put me quickly at ease. She is very professional, and very friendly. She addressed all of my concerns with quality attention. I highly reccommend her.

Dr. Chang made several recommendations about my skin care regime and was very reassuring. The only thing I felt nervous about was how fast paced the meeting was - I felt rushed. I'll see how her perscriptions work and hopefully be back!

She was very kind and caring as well as professional. The wait time was around 10 minutes, which is not bad at all. When she came into the room, she was smiling and shook my hand. She closely examined my skin, although I could tell that she had many patients since she seemed a little rushed, but took the time to cater to my situation. The office had a very clean, relaxing atmosphere, especially with the classical music!

Dr. Chang was very professional and yet warm and friendly. She explained all parts of the procedure with care and answered any questions I had.

This is written by someone who has never been to a dermatologist before and this was my first visit. The visit went really well. She is very professional and friendly. Her skin is remarkable. The only thing I could see improvement on is the amount of time spent in the consultation. As a person who knows little about dermatology, it would have been nice to have learned the basics of how to take care of your skin and why. Other than that, it went well!

Highly recommend, appointments have to be scheduled weeks ahead of time, but that seems due to high demand. Very nice and comfortable office, and a very good staff

Dr. Chang is wonderful. She kept asking if I needed anything else, if I had any other concerns, and seemed to genuinely care. Plus, I was there a bit early and they were able to get me in early.

Dr. Chang did not make me feel that I was merely another appointment. She took the time to ask if I had additional concerns/questions beyond the reasons for my appointment.

The receptionist (the one who does the check-out) was not very friendly to me. Dr. Chang and her staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly though. I'm glad my co-worker referred me to the office!

Dr. Chang is wonderful. She is friendly and concerned about meeting your personal needs. She makes suggestions tailored to your situation and is careful to help you consider various solutions. However, her receptionists are unfriendly and make patients feel like a nuisance.

Dr. Chang is very friendly and very straightforward. She was able to put me at ease and immediately identify my problem and give me my options in a clear and concise manner. My only complaint was that the wait in the office was pretty long. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and waited close to 30 minutes (15 in the waiting room and 15-20 in the exam room for the doctor). Still, I guess that's a sign that the doctor is popular because the practice was very busy. It's a very nice office space as well, very professional, and I liked that they had the New Yorker to keep me busy while I waited.

I love Dr. Chang! She has beautiful skin and always had ideas on how you can reach your personal goals. She's not a product pusher so her recommendations make me feel really good about her practice and myself.

Appointment was quick and painless. Dr. Chang clearly knows what she is talking about, she diagnosed my issue within seconds, and made me feel comfortable to ask all my other little skin questions, and even looked at my sunscreen for me. Time with Dr. did seem a little rushed, but I don't have any complaints.

I came to Dr. Chang for a 2nd opinion and I'm really glad I did. I first went to a fairly reputable dermatologist in Alex, VA, that left a really bad taste in my mouth. Dr. Chang was conscientious, polite, and knowledgable vs. the other doctor who couldn't be bothered to uncross his arms to do an examination. Needless to say, I'm very pleased to have met Dr. Chang and her staff.

Dr. Chang was extremely pleasant and very thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and gave great feedback. Dr. Chang offered multiple options for treatment and explained their pros and cons. She was pretty unbiased, but asked how much some of my conditions bothered me. Through her of assesment of my own disposition she encouraged me to take the less aggressive routes for minor skin conditions. She had a positive attitude...and even better she called my freckles "cute". I highly recommend her!

Moderate wait time, no more or less than at any other doctor's office. Dr. Chang was very friendly, worked quickly but was not rushed, and answered all my questions. I would recommend her and her office.

She was absolutely fabulous. A great listener who knows what she was talking about. I'm excited to have her as my new dermatologist! The waiting room was fairly backed up, so I was late to work, but that's not a major gripe.

My appointment with Dr. Chang was great. She really listened to me, didn't brush aside my issue even though it's relatively minor (as other doctors have), and prescribed what appears to be a great course of action! Unfortunately, I had to wait a little longer to be seen that I would have liked... but all was forgiven as soon as I saw Dr. Chang and she was so great! I'd definitely recommend her.

You can tell that enjoys what she does. Very positive about improvements that have been made and clearly lets you know what her expectations are for progress. I would say, that she wants to see her patients rather reguarly and that can put quite a financial toll on some. But overall a great dermatologist, much better than others I have seen in the past! And the office staff is beyond friendly and accomodating!
