Dr. Ahmet Altiner is a Board Certified Dermatologist and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College. He graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University in 2002. After obtaining his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine, he completed an internship in internal medicine and residency training in dermatology also at NYU.
He is the recipient of the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute scholarship, and studied effects of ultraviolet light on the human skin at the National Cancer Institute.
Dr. Altiner has extensive training in medical and cosmetic dermatology. He has a specific interest in disorders of hair and nails, as well as laser surgery and advanced use of injection cosmetics such as Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, Radiesse and Juvéderm.
