Took time to explain and alleviate all our concerns. First time visit and looked at several issues on the same visit, other Docs try to space it out over several visits, I assume to maximize the charge to your insurance. The waiting time was just a few minutes while they got my paperwork together since I was a first time patient. Lastly, I appreciate that the doctor himself saw me, not a nurse practitioner or some other form of assistant.

He treats you like a real person, with very individual concerns and issues - I've been to the top rated NYC dermatologist for 3 years before my first appointment with Dr. Glass today and he wins - hands down. The personal attention, detailed explanation of the problem and possible solutions is unlike any other doctor I've seen. I was seeing him for acne concerns and being a very sensitive topic for a woman, he made me feel comfortable to discuss the issue in depth and bring up any and all of my concerns. I felt truly respected and in good hands with Dr. Glass - I have a follow up in 3 weeks and I trust he will help me get clear skin.
