Dr. Dayan received his Medical Degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed an Internship in General Surgery and a Residency in Orthopedic Surgery, serving as Chief Resident, at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Dayan performed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York.
The Guardians of the Sick in Brooklyn, New York proclaimed Dr. Dayan as "Physician of the Year" in 1996. As an undergraduate, he was honored to serve as Valedictorian of his class and graduated summa cum laude from the James Striar School of Yeshiva University in New York. Dr. Dayan is distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Dayan's professionalism and expertise are matched by his concern for the patient. He explained everything clearly, and yet did not "talk down" to me (as some physicians, unfortunately, tend to do).
