He seemed very uninterested in my concerns and he talked over me while I tried to explain my symptoms to him. I tried to ask him questions they where dismissed pretty much. There was alot of "sit there. ok, now go sit there!" He answered personal phone calls during my visit and he was also vey rude to his callers. Once my visit was finished, prescriptions were prescribed, he made the shooing gesture to tell me to leave. His medical assistant and front receptionist were very personable and friendly though. I'm sure he's a very knowledgeable guy, but he just wasn't friendly at all. It was too early in the morning for me to assume that maybe he was having a bad day...

The doctor was good but his staff horible the receptionist is no help what so ever can't even enter patience information. The customer service was awful. I regreted the fact that i went to that office. Never again....

I was very pleased with Dr. Boyd. His office staff was very nice and helpful. I have already recommended Dr. Boyd to my mom and sister.
