I've been to see Dr. Lee I think 5 times now, and every time I come in he doesn't remember me. He knows the basics of back treatment - have good posture, take an anti inflammatory, read this book about back pain - but he can't get any further than that, other than to recommend a cortisone shot. He's told me the same thing 5 times now. My treatment is anything but customized, he doesn't pay attention to a patients' specific needs and issues. Plus, his staff is utterly horrible. They ignore callers. In one morning I was hung up on 3 times. Last time I waited 80 minutes between checking in an actually seeing Dr. Lee. This place is too much of a factory - go where you will get more personalized treatment.
When I entered to check in NO ONE even looked at me. Then when I finally got someone's attention they couldn't even find the appointment. When I said I did it through ZocDoc they say "Oh. That's why" and then handed me paperwork. An hour later I wondered why I didn't get called and they said "The Doctor is running late and is double booked.Why didn't they tell me what BEFORE I wasted my time?
