Dr. Ricci and his assistant exemplify excellence. All of my questions and concerns were completely addressed. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent. I would visit him again if I ever needed an eye doctor again in the future.

Dr. Ricci is very personable and a joy to visit. He did a thorough exam of my condition, then explained to me what is going on with my eyes. He has a very beautiful and nicely decorated office, but the professional building that he is in is in desperate need of repair. The walls in the hallways are falling apart. I guess it doesn't affect the quality of his work (which is excellent), but it did make me question my choice when I was entering the building for the first time.

very kind. short wait. You can tell how good a doctor is by how he treats the patients that are not in front of him . He steps out and answers the phone right away when a patient calls. Often a doctor never answers the phone and says he will call back and never does so. this doctor really cares.

This was the best doctor appointment in my 57 years I ever had. Seen right away and the doctor took the extra time to calm my fears and explain in detail both to myself and wife what was wrong with my eye. The receptionist called to confirm the appointment within 10 minutes of booking on line and when she heard what was wrong she confirmed with the doctor that I could come in right away if I wanted and was seen as soon as I walked through the door. I was told the paperwork could wait until after the doctor saw me! I am not sure this would happen to you but eveyone at this office is top notch and caring. In addition the Doctor is affliated with N.Y. Eye and Ear hospital in Manhattan which is one of the best in the nation.
