Very productive appt. I was satisfied with the entire appt. Dr Sorin is very nice and did a thorough exam, as did the Audiologist.

The doctor was very professional yet personable. He was thorough, caring and informative. Even though this was my first visit to him, he made me feel like I was a long-term patient of his.

This was my first visit to Dr. Sorin and he was able to give me an answer to my problem that other Doctors have been unable to do so far. He is extremely personable and reassuring. I have more testing to do but I feel confident I will be able to manage my situation with Doctor Sorin. I am very pleased with my experience today.

After less than five minutes I was seen by Dr. Debra Shepsman who performed a series of thorough and professional hearing tests. After the tests concluded she ushered me in the waiting room where I waited 15 minutes to see Dr. Sorin. I was welcomed in the room. I informed Dr. Sorin that I had been treated for my Serous Otitis Media condition by another ENT specialist 10 days before with steroid medication which had little or no effect. Dr. Sorin agreed with the diagnosis and told me the situation would probably resolve itself over time. He also informed me that he could do an ear drainage procedure right away that would take 10 minutes. After I saw my poor results from Dr. Shepsman's hearing tests and with the a new job on the horizon, I decided to go with the procedure. After a slight amount of discomfort (which Dr. Sorin predicted), my hearing was as good or better than I could ever remember. I thank Dr. Sorin for restoring the gift of hearing. I wholeheartedly endorse this doctor if you ever need an ENT specialist. Kudos also go out to his efficient, friendly and caring staff.
