Front desk personnel were not very friendly. Even with appointment till waited for about 1 hour.

I loved the staff, they were more friendlier than the actual doctor himself. They were really nice to my son. The doctor looked bored and irritated to be in the same room with me and my children. Never smiled. As a profesional that he is i think that he should at least greet the patient with a smile. Apart from that he was a good doctor, gave me and my son eye drops for allergies. He looked at my eyes wrote my prescription for glasses asked me if i was sometimes itchy and gave me another one for eyedrops and quickly took a look at my son. I didnt really like him, made me feel uncomfortable

Went well but the wait was almost an hour which is the only downside of it. Dr. Wu took his time to examine my eyes without rushing.

Wait time is always over an hour and a half, and actual time with the doctor is always professional but very very short, and basically not worth your time in this office. Order of patients seen seems to be arbitrary at best.

Waiting time was a little long, but common for doctor's lately. The time actually spent with the doctor was about 5 minutes. He seemed bored and not "too concerned", but still friendly and willing to answer any questions.
