Dr. Alfred D. Kulik is a board certified ophthalmologist by the American Board of Ophthalmology and an Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kulik graduated from Haverford College with a degree in Biology and Science, obtained his medical degree from UMDNJ Rutger’s Medical School, and performed his residency training at the esteemed New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.
With additional course work and training at institutes such as The Wilmer Institute of The John’s Hopkins Medical Center, The Lancaster Course in Ophthalmology sponsored by Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and Basic Sciene course at the Harkness Eye Institute at Columbia University. Dr. Kulik has had the opportunity to train with leading physicians, surgeons and ophthalmologists from around the country.
Dr. Kulik’s primary practice is ophthalmologic medicine and Laser Vision Correction including LASIK surgery.
Dr. Kulik also specializes in Botox injections both therapeutic, for migraine and TMJ, as well as Cosmetic Botox.
