Dr. Ponnappan is the newest member of the practice and graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine while completing his ENT training at the University of Colorado. He is a Board Certified general otolaryngologist whose experience spans all subspecialties. His interests include surgical restoration of hearing loss, endoscopic sinus surgery including sinuplasty, head and neck cancer diagnosis and treatment, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and pediatrics.

The doctor was fantastic. The staff, sadly, were not great. When I came for my appointment, they had NO IDEA about my ZocDoc appointment and didn't even try to help me! I actually had to go home, print out my ZocDoc confirmation email, go BACK and show the receptionist and only THEN was I assured that the doctor would see me. Again, NOT the doctor's fault. Was the confusion caused by ZocDoc's electronic strangeness? Who knows, but from now on, I will CALL first and not depend on ZocDoc emails.
