Dr. Andreas Boker MD

I thought Dr. Boker was great. The office was clean and nicely furnished and the staff was friendly. Wait time was about 10 minutes, and I was in and out with a prescription in under 30 minutes total. Dr. Boker even looked at a cell sample under the microscope to confirm his initial diagnosis. Highly recommend.

Not only is Dr. Boker a great professional but his staff is very kind and diligent. I felt great during my visit, was attended promptly and my consultation took all the required time to dig deep on my concerns.

I was nervous about going to a new doctor but both ZocDoc and the doctor's office made it easy. The office was very nice, the employees were pleasant, and Dr. Boker was very helpful and friendly.

Dr Boker is friendly, attentive, and thorough. He checked my entire body, diagnosed me, and then continued to rule out other options. He was very available to answer questions and wrote down a regimen to follow so I wouldn't be confused. His nurse was fantastic too! Only downside was I had to wait for a half hour but I also was a new patient and had a lot of forms to fill out. Also, they have dark chocolate in the waiting room :)

He was very helpful and the staff are incredibly kind. The environment is a combination of professionalism and amazing customer service. Not to mention the office is very clean and new looking. I have yet to use his treatments he prescribed so I cannot comment on the success of my visit.

He is superb. The examination was very thorough and he explained everything clearly. Examination rooms are clean and modern and all of the staff is very professional. I was completely comfortable with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this doctor.

Best doctor's experience in NYC ever. Staff is super friendly, the office is very modern and clean and Dr. Broker knows exactly what he's doing. He takes his time to consult you with detailed information and very professional knowledge and does not try to sell you treatments or medication you don't need. I didn't even wait 5 minutes. Dr. Boker is an exceptional doctor who is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient with answering all of my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. I highly recommend him! The office is so nice and pleasant it almost feels like a spa experience -- everything is pristine, like new, the receptionists are really nice, and there are complimentary beverages and chocolates in the waiting area. Both times I went, I didn't wait more than about 5 minutes for my appointment. This is really the gold standard for doctor visits!

The entire experience was extremely professional from Dr. Boker to the staff. The medical treatment was effective and they really support the regimen with printouts and suggestions. They have state of the art Rx and insurance handling which is a huge plus.

Very nice guy, and very pleasant office. They seem quick and clean and even offer you drinks while you wait. The secretaries seemed much less crabby than most, too.

Spent a great deal of time going over issues, concerns and treatment. It's not always comfortable getting in front of a doctor to discuss concerns, but he was very good and comforting.

This was arguably the best doctor's appointment I have ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the office is beautiful and Dr. Boker is very knowledgeable and shows a genuine interest in helping you out in the best way possible. Almost makes me want to have an excuse to go back!

He was one of the best doctors I have seen in a very long time. I came with a problem that was happening due to a prescription made by a bad doctor who didn't want to spend time with me and didn't treart me like a person, more of a case. He on the other hand, even at a late appointment time was so intrested in me as a patient and what I had to say. Great listener, great doctor who knew what he was dealing with right away and how to treat it, gave me samples of all the expensive creams I need to get to fix what the other doctor caused and did not rush me to leave which I appreciate so much! I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Great experience from day 1. Dr Boker is very professional, gives his patients as much time as they require to have all their questions answered, and goes above and beyond any other dermatologist I've been treated by. I highly recommend him and thank him for all the help and advice.

Dr. Boker was nice and professional, but unfortunately I have had two skin conditions and it took a couple visits to get on the right regiment and even at that the skin condition is still not healed after weeks. Dr. Boker's assistant appeared to have screwed up in the transcription of what I was supposed to do, and I noticed it on the second visit. I would go back, but honestly the assistant was the biggest problem in my visit.

His staff was very friendly, and the visit was quick and efficient.

Couldn't have been happier with the overall visit. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated cordially and professionally. The entire staff was polite, accomadating and extremely competent. Dr. Boker was great. I was very impressed by his knowledge and ability to communicate what he was saying into terms I could understand. For a first time visit to a doctors office, having to fill out paperwork, I was in and out! Nicely done. I'll be returning to the office and reccommending their services if anyone asks.

Dr. Boker was great, and his assistant was also very good. I accidentally left some paperwork in the room and they mailed it to me (I had assumed I'd have to go pick it up). The front desk staff was surprisingly cold. Didn't make eye contact or acknowledge that I had walked in for a minute or so while I stood at the counter. Imagine your average Duane Reade cashier; not what I'd expect at an (otherwise excellent) doctor's office.

Such a pleasant experience! He is so nice and makes you feel at ease. He is too the point but makes sure to answer all your questions and that you understand what is going on. The office is very modern and high-tech and the staff was generally pleasant.

I was a few minutes late to the appointment, but once I arrived I was seen promptly. Dr. Boker answered all my questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I appreciated that they called the prescription in to my pharmacy and that his assistant gave me printed instructions for using the medication and general skincare.

Great, really professional and attentive, beautiful office

Dr. Boker sent my lab work to an out of network lab for my insurance company. As a result I am out of pocket hundreds of dollars. I will never return to his office again. I cannot believe that any doctor would be so negligent as to not consider whether the lab being used is in the patient's insurance company's network or not!

the office was very clean and modern. (almost made you wonder how much of your bill was going toward your treatment, and how much was going to the fancy designer sofa you're sitting on.) there were lots of forms to fill out. the receptionist offered me a glass of water while i waited. i did a fair amount of waiting, but what else do you expect from a midtown doctor who only works fridays and saturdays. dr. boker was very attentive and kind. looking forward to my follow up visit.

He was outstanding. When you go to a doctor's office you fear the worse... He makes you feel relaxed and gives you all the information you need and talks with you on the best path to get back to health.

Dr. Boker may have potentially saved my life. I went in for treatment for a rash and he found a cancerous mole. Now both issues are solved and I am so happy!

10 out of 10 for the experience. Clean place at an extremely convenient location. The receptionist was friendly. I had to reschedule my appointment twice within the same day, but she was very accommodating. Same goes for the nurse. Dr Boker was very thorough in his examination. Suggested a few alternatives and answered all my questions very patiently. He was very friendly and had good bedside manners. This doctor is highly recommended.
