My experience with Dr. Fagelman was excellent! He really shows he cares. I also thought his nurse practitioner, Kim, was great! She also had some good advice of where to visit when I go to Thailand!

Doctor was friendly, prescribed antibiotics and told me to come back if symptons worsen. Waited over an hour on lunch break from work, was not impressed with that

Even though this is a busy office, Dr. Fagelman has NP's to collect the history, which is then reviewed with the patient a 2nd time to make sure nothing is missed. I visited for the first time today, and was very happy with the Doctor and his Staff. The office is also very pleasant and the receptionists are patient with the patients.

Dr. Fagelman is a great guy; no nonsense, straight to the point. He takes the time to explain everything. I blame the long wait time on his popularity.

The wait time was my only complaint, but I was a few minutes late showing up, so I really can't complain I suppose. Dr. Fagelman was thorough, but quick. He made me feel very comfortable and his office is an inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Quick, didn't give me enough time to explain my problem. First time seeing him and there was no medical history taken. Spent very little time with me (5 minutes) despite first visit and complicated history. Felt very rushed and hard to remember everything on the spot. He focuses on testing, rather than patient to diagnose. I didn't feel he was good clinically, and he was very quick, would stay away from.

The office is clean and I was sent in to see the dr. pretty quickly. But I felt that the reception staff were less than friendly. I guess it is a busy office and they only had 2 staff up front so perhaps they just didn't have the time to be nice.

This doctor sent me home violently ill and said to see a gastroenterologist on Monday, which would have been a 3 day wait. I was at the ER the day after he sent me home. Terrible experience.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Dr Fagelman is very nice and professional and the rest of the staff is awesome as well. Also, the office itself is beautiful and easy to find. Dr. Fagelman will be my NYC primary care doctor for sure.
