Patient Reviews for Dr. Andrew L. Rosen - MD
Very professional and thorough and takes his time with you - which is rare in NYC.
Dr. Rosen is personable, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest (as is everyone in that office). Their care is top-notch, and they never over-prescribe treatment.
Office staff were incredible -- polite, cheerful, and accommodating. Lovely, comfortable office. Making appt was amazingly easy with Zoc Doc and I loved the confirmation and reminders. Very positive experience!
he's the best.))
Long story short - I started with Dr. Rosen but went to another sports doc in-between visits thinking the location would be more convenient. I've learned convenience is overrated. The doc goes through your concern quickly but I leave feeling like my concerns have been addressed and am on the right path to get back to running and physical activity.
Great doctor! I went for a 2nd opinion for a tore MCL and he was very knowledgable and gave me alternatives to surgery. Would recommend him.
Seen within half an hour of my appointment time. Visited Dr. Rosen after being dissatisfied with another orthopedist who had me in and out in 2 minutes. Dr. Rosen took the time to thoroughly look at my x-rays/MRIs and explained to me what he thought the problem was. Being a fellow runner, he understood my frustration and gave me tips/advice that others had not. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful Doctor, took the time to listen to what I had to say and took what I wanted to heart
He was excellent -- efficient, professional. Definitely recommend him.
He was efficient, professional, direct and instructional.
Good result.
I liked that he was not surgery focused and took a conservative approach. He rushed though, like he couldn't wait to get out of the appointment fast enough, although that's probably because he was almost two hours late.
Very quick appointment. Attentive, nice, and had a great sense of humor to lighten the mood. Recommended / referred a PT based upon where I live. Would recommend him.
He was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Very personable. Actually listened to and answered my questions. Didn't feel too rushed.
Very caring staff and Doctor. Took the time to answer all questions.
I've been seeing him for a while. He's an athelete and has a great perspective on sport-related injuries. Not opposed to alternative strategies and complementary medicine.
Very nice guy. I trusted his opinion on my knee, and would definitely recommend him. Plus, he took my insurance, and that's always a big plus.
I did encounter a wait; however, Doc Rosen was very thorough and also explained the emergency earlier in the day causing the delay and apologized [for the delay]. He was obviously sensitive to my time and situation. The rest of his staff was also very considerate.
All business. Just goes through a check list of symptoms.. very rushed. You are in his office for the most ten minutes. The good thing is that the x-ray machine is right there.
Doctor was helpful but the wait time was too long
Love the ease of use. However, the office transposed my 2:30 appointment to 3:20 and took people ahead of me, and then only after I spoke with the office manager did they take me. I showed them my Outlook calendar appointment but the front office staff still took other people. The office manager was polite and walked me back but I was not happy.
Busy practice with a variety of specialists. Moving soon which is needed to handle patient volume.
I was COMPLETELY satisfied with today's visit with Dr. Rosen. I don't say this too often about dr's office visits, but it was such a pleasant visit I've ever made. I had seen 2 other orthopedics for the same shoulder injury and I visited him to find out why I was still in such pain after 6 months. The medical office staff's manner was excellent and friendly. The radiologist was very kind and quick. Dr. Rosen throughly explained to me what he thought it was going on my shoulder, why and what treatment he would recommend and what to expect in the next 4 weeks. He explained to me all the probabilities and treatment options. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rosen if you have any orthopedic problems.
Dr. Rosen is very knowledgeable. He is always professional, courteous, and helpful. He has a great personality. Most importantly, he provides excellent care!
This is exactly what a practice should look like. Technologically savvy (paper-free office) makes things go smoothly. I had X-rays taken by a very friendly technician and Rosen had them displayed on his desktop almost instantaneously. Dr. Rosen was thorough and answered all my questions. Being a marathon runner himself, he can answer from the perspective of an athlete and a doctor.
