she was very attentive and listened to my problems and got all the appropriate tests done right there in the office. Office isnt super pretty, but that isn't what I went there for.

The dr was fine but i waited for an hour and my nurse was new, which is fine, but no other nurses were offering to help so i ended up getting skipped over by the doctor and was waiting to have my blood pressure taken for 20 minutes.

Pros: She's very patient and clear. Cons: Waited for 1hr+! I saw at least 4 ppl with the same appt time with me!! A little bit unorganized at front desk. If you have the time to wait, go. She's a good doctor. But if you're in a hurry, there are many other doctors in Manhattan with similar background to take care of you. You make the decision.

Dr Hon was great, she was very nice, listened to my questions and answered my concerns. The only reason why I would not recommend this medical practice is that, when I came back to get my lab results, she wasn't there and I met with another Dr. (Vaijinath Chakote) who had the rudest manners ever. In 5mn he had diagnosed me with 2 severe medical conditions, ordered more exams and left with no more explanations.

The office was very scattered. My entire appointment took 1hr and 45min. I felt the doctor was not attentive or informative. I did not feel an overall professional culture at the office.

Dr. Hon was great, so nice and seemed to know what she was doing! Her staff was also nice (which I RARELY experience).

Dr. Hon was not very personable or communicative, though she listened to what I told her. She did not even do a thorough check up on me and just wrote me a few prescriptions. She was also very pregnant when I went for my visit, so I suspect she wasn't in full-working mode.

Dr. Hon was sweet and seemed very competent, but she didn't spend much time with me. I didn't mind except that I had arrived 15minutes before my appointment and wasn't seen until 30minutes after my appointment. The front desk staff/nurses seemed to be in a bit of a disarray. Maybe it was just a bad day or something, but I'm not sure I'll be going back.

Dr. Hon was really great. She listened to my concerns patiently, asked tons of questions and took action. I went to her with thyroid and migraine issues which can be ambiguous and frustrating to explain but she was on top of it and made me feel like we will get to the bottom of this. She was very thorough, office was very clean, staff was very sweet and polite.

Dr. Hon has a very pleasant demeanor. She listens to you and seems to care. The rest of the staff is also quite pleasant. It is a very comforting atmosphere.

I would highly recomment Dr. Hon! She is very accommodating. Even the front desk people, Anita and Kenya were very friendly and helpful. The facility was also very neat, and organized. I was really comfortable with the people and I could say I really made the right choice in choosing a primary doctor. And not to mention, the place is also very accessible, the building is right across the subway.

My mom Leonor Machuca liked Dr. Hon very much. She felt Dr. Hon attended her very well and made my mom feel comfortable. It was nice that my mom was able to speak freely in spanish with Dr. Hon. Also, the front desk was very professional/helpful as well as friendly.

The office was dark and dingy. I remember seeing needle caps on the floors of the room I waited for her in. Bathroom was clogged. Overall environment was not pleasant at all. Maybe I went on an off day. That said, the staff were friendly and chatty. The doctor was also nice although I don't think she was attentive enough.
