Excellent staff and doctor!!! I made an appointment with Doctor but was asked to see the PA instead, so beware of her. Thank goodness I got to see the Doctor because the PA refused to see me because she had to leave and was very loud and unprofessional; she was is in a open area when this was said. Dr. D and staff on the other hand are GREAT . THANKS!!!

Dr dvorkina is very professional . She attended me with care and consideration. I came with pains n aches n left with a smile n some comfort . This was first time ever in this type of faculty n wow the best I would recommend to anyone in need of such services

I wasn't very happy with this studio. The place was crowded, old. The doc who visited was nice but not very attentive in her visit. She recommended an allergy medication for my Throatsore sore but I'm still in pain and hopeless...

Came in with tonsillitis. I just needed antibiotics and a note for time off work - she is NOT my pcp. Gave me a lecture about my weight, despite my having had gastric banding surgery and being still in the process of losing weight under supervision of another doctor - said that she had a patient who lost more than me so I must not be trying hard enough. Inappropriate, irrelevant to my current illness, and completely insensitive. Would never recommend, will never see again. Shame on you.

She is a wonderful doctor, patient, polite and very amiable. She also answers any question without any hint that it may be a silly one. I recommend her to all my friends.

My only complaint is that she spoke quickly and I did not hear her talk about a test that she wanted me to do, so when I got to the front desk to check out, I was surprised to be set up for a second appt to have this test done.

Dr. Dvorkina was great. She was professional and very nice. My only complaint is with one of the receptionists. She was rude on the phone and not very professional, accommodating or comforting.

I went in for an illness, but she did a thorough workup and examination. She was very professional, but also very nice and easy to talk to. Very clear in explaining things as well.

Excellent Doctor with a great bedside manner. Usually Doctors in New York are very abrupt and dismissive. Dr. Dvorkina was great. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the treatment. She even called a few days later to followup. The wait was 30 minutes which is pretty short for NYC doctors.

Excellent doctor and excellent staff. Very friendly and competent. It's a very nice atmosphere in the office and I can tell they really care about the patients.

I found Dr. Dvorkina to be professional and personable. She was thorough and didn't seem rushed through her time with me. Her staff was extremely helpful with an insurance snafu. She also just perscribe drugs, but also gave me some home remedies I could use to help with my symptoms.
