Extremely knowledgeable about both eastern and western medicine approaches. Rather than filling out forms, we talked about my background and Dr Degenhardt took notes. He has a very holistic approach to medicine and was quick not to treat just the symptom but to ask questions to try and understand and eliminate the cause.

Dr. Degenhardt was very through in the questions he asked during our initial visit. I really felt like he wanted to get to know about me as a patient to be able to provide the best possible care. I look forward to follow-up visits, which hasn't always been the case with doctors in the past.

Instead of filling out those annoying health history forms, Dr. Degenhardt asked them to me in person and took notes himself. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. I never felt like he was rushing or trying to get me out the door.

It was a general physical exam but the Dr. spent a significant amount of time gathering my medical history and asking about things I didn't even realize may be abnormal or necessary to know, then pieced things together (through-ness). I'm also traveling outside the country and he was very well informed on what precautions to take as far as preventative medicine.

The visit was very brief(about 10 mins), having not been to a doctor in over a decade(no insurance) I expected a few more questions about myself and less of him telling me about the other services he offers. I had to pretty much twist his arm to get him to decide to run some tests. Follow-up about test results was nonexistent. I had to call them numerous times before someone actually called me back to review my results

Great doctor! He was very tech savvy - our whole consultation was done on his computer instead of an old fashion pen and paper. I liked that he wanted to learn about my history and offered some great tips and insights - kind of an east meets west style.

I have to say, I always go to the doctor hoping that they will help really help me out and always feel let down. Dr. Degenhardt was really an exception to this. He was extremely helpful, inquisitive, and went out of his way to find out what was going on with my ailment. I haven't met many doctors better than this. As a side note, their office appeared to be run very well and the front desk people were very friendly.

Medicine is not only a physical science but a social art as well. Dr. Degenhardt seems to practice both. He is my interpretation of what a physician should be, professional and professional. He also happens to be affable and listens well. I have had nothing but great experiences here.

This was my first visit to the office. The check-in was very fast and pleasant. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Degenhardt and am looking forward to continue going to him as my Primary Care Physician. He was extremely interested in my well being and asked questions about my history. For once, I felt like a doctor was listening.

Receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Degenhardt was extremely personable, and took his time getting a full grasp on my health background and recommending changes that should be made without lecturing me. Highly recommended!

i went to see dr. degenhardt for a tick bite and was only expecting to receive some antibiotics. however upon inquiring if i had any other issues or pain, he ended up treating a chronic shoulder/scapula/back problem that i have had for two years. he adjusted my 3rd and 4th ribs, gave me some exercises to do to strengthen my lats and sent me on my way. while i'm still adjusting to the new orientation of my ribs, i haven't had posture this great in years. i highly recommend dr. degenhardt as he utilizes the perfect mix of western medicine and eastern holistic treatments. additionally he is in office with other knowledgeable doctors with whom he consults and refers. if you're looking to get back on track, dr. degenhardt is your guy.

Dr. Degenhardt is smart, great bedside manner, practices western and some eastern medicine and appears open to new ideas. The practice is very modern in many ways: electronic records, complementary medicine etc. Very helpful staff.
