Prominis – our practice name stands for “pro hominis” which is “for the human” in Latin. Our primary care practice is quality and service oriented. We pride ourselves in using modern technology including electronic records, digital EKG and ultrasound, bone densitometry among many others. Technology and excellent support staff allows us to give the personalized time and attention to our patients that is part of quality care. We provide primary care services, but have trusted excellent specialists in our office including cardiologist, podiatrist, urologist etc. We also have an excellent physical therapy program on our premises.

Dr. Isable has great experience and speciaizes in treating young patients who may suffer from complicated chronic illnesses, such as Type I Diabetes, Lupus, Rheumatoid, Transplant patients or other disorders that may be overwhelming for young adults.
