Prominis – our practice name stands for “pro hominis” which is “for the human” in Latin. Our primary care practice is quality and service oriented. We pride ourselves in using modern technology including electronic records, digital EKG and ultrasound, bone densitometry among many others. Technology and excellent support staff allows us to give the personalized time and attention to our patients that is part of quality care. We also believe that easy accessibility of our doctors to patients even after hours is important for good patient care. We provide primary care services, but have trusted excellent specialists in our office including cardiologist, podiatrist, obstetric gynecologist, urologist etc. We also have an excellent physical therapy program on our premises.

Very clean office and very modern equipment used. Everyone was super friendly! And I found out that there are other specialties in this office. I would definitely go back if I'm sick!!!

Dr. Isable is sweet, energetic, and most importantly, was upfront and honest with me after I told her about my aches & pains. The discussion became like talking to a friend. I recommended her to a couple friends as soon as I left. It's nice to support a woman of color in this field. The office is very nice and the staff is also friendly.
