Dr Isable was very warm and professional. I was there for a routine physical, and although she was not particularly thorough, the reason she gave was my medical history and age bracket. She made an appointment for me to get the results of my bloodwork since my HMO prefers to recognize in-person referrals, and recommended 2 options for finding a doctor who specializes in the field of my primary health concern, which is a rare specialty. I thought this was very helpful. The Prominis office is not very clean or modern, but the nursing staff and administrative workers are very good. I'm new to my network, so one receptionist called HIP for me and had Dr. Isable selected as my PCP, since this had to be done before I was seen by the doctor. At other places I think I would have been turned away and/or asked to make the call myself. The nurse who took my vitals and bloodwork was upbeat and non-judgemental.

She was amazing. Felt like you're talking to a friend. You feel as though she understands you, but she will tell you the facts straight which is what most of us need. I Don't want to highly recommend her only because I don't want to have to wait a month for an appointment with her. Its so hard finding a doctor and I'm so glad I found her.

The doctor was very nice. She seemed interested in knowing me and my medical history non-judgementally. The visit was not rushed at all. The receptionist were splendid.

Dr. Isable is sweet, energetic, and most importantly, was upfront and honest with me after I told her about my aches & pains. The discussion became like talking to a friend. I recommended her to a couple friends as soon as I left. It's nice to support a woman of color in this field. The office is very nice and the staff is also friendly.
