Dr. Le was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and did not mind explaining things that I had questions about. I felt very comfortable in her capable hands. Their office was very clean and soothing, and the front desk ladies were fabulous. We were laughing and chatting when I first got there and when I left. I'm sold. :)

Very nice and thorough. Felt that she asked me several questions and really tried to understand my symptoms. She also gave me great advice which no other doctors (experts in ENT) had previously provided. Also, office had a clean and sophisticated atmosphere.

Great doctor. Provided excellent explanation of any issues on the initial appt as well as the follow up. Provides great advice and doesn't push to certain treatment, even medication, but just explains the consequences of each option. Was seen right away and the office staff is very helpful.

She knew exactly what I thought, if that makes any sense. lol. I've been to doctors where I knew more about the issue than they did and nothings worse than that! Dr. Le said everything I was thinking which means a lot to me. That's what makes a good doctor.

Her staff and office was very warming and pleasurable. Dr. Le was very professional but at the same time to relax my nerves a little (seeing a Dr. for the first time can sometimes make you feel a lttle nervous) she cracked a joke hear and there. She was also very informative about my condition and took care of the problem right away.

I don't know I felt like I accomplish nothing on my visit. I basically indicated what was wrong. I felt like she examined me and then told me exactly what I told her. she didn't suggest anything but other doctors. I feel like before my visit when I indicated what was wrong. If she couldn't help me she should have made that known beforehand.

She is quite possibly the nicest doctor I have ever been to. She is personable and asks all of the right questions. As an actor, it is comforting to know she understands how different professions can affect different people's problems. She also has a great sense of humor!

After listening to my complaints, questions were asked and preliminary diagnosis as well as explanations (very important for me) were given. Then, test was performed to confirm/check her diagnosis. Appears quite experienced and friendly.
