Dr. B. Thuy Le MD

I came into Dr. Le's office with trouble hearing in my ears and she listened to my issues and immediately fixed the problem. She also recommended helpful prescriptions and over-the-counter remedies to help with the issue. I can hear perfectly now and I am very grateful! The visit was quick and informative, and she took great care to fix my issue. I will definitely continue to use her as my ENT.

After trying 3 other ENTs I reallllly like her. I'm a singer and finding the right ENT is very important to me. You can tell she cares.

I have had a reoccurring problem with my ears and had seen my general practitioner who incorrectly diagnosed me. In a second she new what the problem was, treated it and I am on the way to recovery. Should have seen her sooner. She was very professional, competent and warm. Highly recommend her.

This was just a quick initial consult appointment, but so far I'm happy Dr. Le. Since my former ENT not sending my medical record as requested, Dr. Le patiently listened to a summary of my 10+ years of chronic sinus issues and answered all my questions.

Dr Le is an excellent doctor. She was friendly, professional, and diagnosed my issue immediately. She performed my surgery for a deviated septum with total ease and grace and made me feel totally comfortable at the hospital. The surgery was quick and painless. I was in the hands of a pro who took the best care possible of me. The staff was also super friendly and very helpful. When I expressed how nervous I was about the surgery, the aid I spoke with took the time to calm my nerves and was very nice on the phone to my husband when he called with some questions.

Dr. was nice and comfortable to talk with. I will go back again if I have to see ENT doctor for some other thing again.

I am a little disappointed for a variety of reasons: 1) I received a call yesterday to remind me of the appointment - and was asked to be there ~5 minutes early to fill out forms. I did that - the doctor, however, did not come in until almost 9:15AM. This made my getting there early an inconvenience with no plausible benefit. 2) The patient form asks for all insurance information to be written down - given that they made a copy of it, that seems like overkill and 'time suck' with regards to filling out the form. 3) The doctor, while polite and personable, did not leave me feeling resolved; I came in for vertigo and she essentially said nothing could be determined until I've had an MRI (one of the costliest outpatient appointments). Given that she did not use any of the 'advanced tools' that should differentiate an ENT from a PCP, I left feeling disappointed and not any more educated than I had been coming in [(= wait and see what happens, do an MRI to make sure it's not a tumor (which the doctor said was highly unlikely)]. While I have nothing bad to say as the staff and the doctor were nice, I can't think of anything good with respect to the purpose of my visit. That makes me feel like this was a deductible not well spent.

It was a pleasant and efficient visit. I had filled out the patient forms online and printed ahead of time to present to receptionist when I was told that half of the form still needed to be filled out. Aside from that the visit was perfect.

An unpleasant experience that did not provide confidence about the level of attention Dr. Le provides to her patients. Dr. Le's attitude was curt, nearly condescending, and argumentative. She clearly did not appreciate being asked questions about her diagnosis or prescribed treatment. Tellingly, Dr. Le was also in a clear hurry to leave the room as soon as possible. I visited Dr. Le's office specifically after receiving a rote prescription from another physician who did not even conduct a basic examination. Dr. Le brusquely dismissed the first physician's diagnosis (which research based upon my chronic symptoms suggested may be correct) and presented a second diagnosis that, per her, would require surgery for complete resolution. After her examination, I pressed Dr. Le on a number of unaddressed questions about my symptoms, and she absentmindedly acknowledged that the first diagnosis was also probably correct. She then provided the same rote prescription, but tore it up after I questioned whether it presented multiple side, and potentially severe, effects. At the end of the visit, she walked out of the door while I was in mid-sentence, without ever formally saying good day. In the end, I am not much better off from where I began. All the pressures of modern medicine understood, including the need to see as many patients as possible during the day for insurance and billing purposes, Dr. Le did not provide inspiring, let alone empathetic, services. Bottom line: Slow down, listen, and don't get frustrated when someone asks questions about your conclusions.

She did a thorough exam, but I felt rushed she seemed like she wanted to get to her other patients and was kind of passive about my problem. I was seen quickly though which was the part I liked the most.

Overall a very positive experience. Everyone was really lovely in the doctor's office. The doctor was very thorough, made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had for her. One of the better medical experiences I've had in the city, definitely recommended.

Dr. Le was very quick and efficient. She had several solutions to my problem. I look forward to working with her to resolve my issues. The office is great...she actually shares a space with my dentist!

Dr. Le was very helpful -- smart, good listener, thorough, and attentive to my needs and preferences. And an unexpected plus, the SoHo office is a downright beautiful space to visit for a little piece of time. (When do you hear that about a doctor's office?) I'll gladly return when I need an ENT.

This office doesn't confirm appointments so I had 3 people ahead of me and had to wait 45 minutes. When I saw Dr. Thuy Le, she was quick and thorough. However, she said her office would call me in a week or two to schedule a follow up. I never received that call, but I am feeling better now.

Dr. Thuy Le is awesome. She helped me when two other doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me. She is professional and approachable, which is great for patients who like to ask questions and who like to get thorough answers. As an added bonus, the front desk staff people are pleasant.

She was really nice & helpful, happily giving advice. Appt was quick & got me in for a check up appt within the same week!

The doctor is good, and explained the options for me. The only suggestion i have is the time they open the clinic. They offer appointments as early as 9:00, I hope they allow patients to get in the office earlier, and not just 10 minutes, before time.

Dr. Le was thorough and answered any questions I had. She was genuine and didn't rush through the appt. Her staff was courteous and helpful. The office was recommended by a friend and I would have to agree.

BEST ENT EVER! Dr Le does amazing and wonderful in-office work that helps any sinus problem almost immediately and if there is something more severe she works at it until there is a good solution. Also an excellent surgeon - she removed lots of polips and cleared out my sinus last Spring and I've been great until the recent cold/infection which she has pinpointed and is helping to resolve. I always feel a million times better after a visit to her office - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

I was in and out in under 45 minutes, with my problem solved. I found this to be amazing, especially for someone who booked this appointment at the last minute, and that being my first time there! She explained everything well and made it clear to me, so I recommend her for anyone.

Great doctor. Provided excellent explanation of any issues on the initial appt as well as the follow up. Provides great advice and doesn't push to certain treatment, even medication, but just explains the consequences of each option. Was seen right away and the office staff is very helpful.

The wait was exceptionally brief and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Le saw me right away. She was cordial, thorough, and attentive. Very professional. Overall, a good experience.

She knew exactly what I thought, if that makes any sense. lol. I've been to doctors where I knew more about the issue than they did and nothings worse than that! Dr. Le said everything I was thinking which means a lot to me. That's what makes a good doctor.

Her staff and office was very warming and pleasurable. I don't know I felt like I accomplish nothing on my visit. I basically indicated what was wrong. I felt like she examined me and then told me exactly what I told her. she didn't suggest anything but other doctors. I feel like before my visit when I indicated what was wrong. If she couldn't help me she should have made that known beforehand.

I was very happy to be treated on such short notice, Dr. Le was extremely understanding of my situation and treated me on the same day I set up the appointment, this helped me to be able to enjoy my wedding which was only two days later.

After listening to my complaints, questions were asked and preliminary diagnosis as well as explanations (very important for me) were given. Then, test was performed to confirm/check her diagnosis. Appears quite experienced and friendly.
