I arrived on time. I was told, thirty minutes after I arrived, that Dr. Carvan was "not in the office". I asked when he would be there and was told "soon - - we hope." An hour after the appointment time he showed up.

Very thorough, and professional. He told my little boy exactly what he was going to do before he did it, which made him feel very comfortable. The waiting area can get pretty packed since there seem to be a few doctors at this practice, but I waited about 20 minutes and I was called.
