dingy office, stained Formica countertops. nurse was impersonable. took me back pretty quickly but then I lay there 30-40 minutes waiting to see the doctor. I really liked Dr. Gordon though-- nice, professional, easy to talk to, kind. So despite not liking the nurse or facility, I think I'll go back. plus, she has Saturday appts.

The doctor was great, professional and willing to do the work to follow up with me. She is pleasant and will give you the time you need to have your concerns aired. The staff is wonderful. The waiting room is very nice and has lots of art and a TV channel dedicated to African American Health - very nice to see. However, the wait time is very long - like 2 hours plus. Take the day off, bring a book or your computer and some headphones. You're going to be there for a long time.

I waited a little over two hours to see Dr. Gordon, but she was apologetic about how long I waited. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if I will go back though because the wait was so long.

She's one of the nicest people I've met in my life. Since english is not my native language, she used google translate to explain me a word that I didnt know. Also she's professional and she knows what she do. I love her ans strongly recommend her

The doctor was nice but some of nurse wasn't so good because when the nurse tried to take my blood, she couldn't find my vein and had to do it twice...

I came on a very busy day. The waiting room was full when I arrived. The staff was very helpful, patient, and kind. Although the wait was very long, I was happy to have gotten to see Dr. Gordon. Her bedside manner was excellent and I was at ease when she went through her routine. I didn't feel rushed. She gave me her full attention and answered all of my questions honestly and knowledgeably.

This was my first visit with this doctor. I read a couple of reviews and was confident that she would meet my needs. The front desk was very nice, as well as the nurse that took my vital stats. The wait was absolutely too long. I had an appntment at 11am, it was 1 o'clock before I was in the examination room and 1:20pm before I met with the doctor and I was done by 1:30pm. The doctor was polite and pleasant; but since I only needed a routine exam, I expected more of an consultation on my first visit...

Dr. Gordon and all of her staff was so friendly and as a new patient they made me feel very welcome. Dr. Gordon took her time and asked a lot of questions to really get to know me. She truly want to know her patients. I had to wait a little longer then at another doctor's office but the wait was worth it. I recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN.

I chose to try Dr. Gordon because I live in the neighborhood and avoid Kings County at all costs! Like others have said, the office is a little outdated and dingy. That's the con. The receptionist and nurse practitioner were both very nice but very busy/distracted. Dr. Gordon herself was fantastic--very nice, took time to talk and answer questions.

the staff were ok the place was old and dirty I waited nearly 2 hrs to see the doctor an there was just 1 other person ahead of me to not only be treated like what I had to say was irrelevant but if I was just annoying them by being there an when i say them i mean barber who was very rude an she needs a lesson in costumer service an thus that's why I do not recommend anyone go there run down, long waits , and stinky attitudes is bad business period they have to do better

Barbara is great. She works on Saturdays and will spend a lot of time with you. She is lighthearted, will bring up things that other doctors don't even think to discuss, and really cares about women's health. The only issue is her wait times are terrible. At least an hour and a half.

The doc was very pleasant. She made a rather uncomfortable check up quick and easy. Her beside manner was excellent and the staff were very nice. The office was a little dusty but overall I would deffinatley recommend Dr. Gordon's practice to anyone looking for a GYN.

She was one of the most comfortable and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. She never taught of me as a new patient but as an ongoing patient how I have been with since I was a little child. Her staff is fabalous also.

won't go back again. doc was late both times i visited & offered no apologies/explanations. during my exam she held an entire conversation with her assistant. it was like i was a cadaver! her staff was uninterested in assisting me or answering my questions. i asked the doctor about the different types of birth control pills out there, and she told me she only recommends what the pharmaceutical companies are selling her at that point in time. as soon as she said that, i knew it was time to head for the hills. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I was looking for a new Ob. Gyn for more than 10 months. A friend recommended her Dr. but I got an appointment seven (7) weeks later which I felt was rediculous. I found Dr. Gordon thru ZocDoc and was pleased because I got an appointment within 48 hrs. What impressed me the most was her professionalism, short wait time and the way she took time to listen and attend to my EVERY concern. She made me feel at ease, I didn't feel like an insurance # or a patient. I can go on an on about my experience...all I can say if Dr. Gordon is my Gyn for life!!

Dirty, creepy office-hair on the exam room floors, weird artwork of babies on the walls. Staff was not very professional and took walk-in appt before they took me for my scheduled appt. Doctor was nice and very attentive but I would never go back here! DON'T DO IT!!!

Apart from the long wait time, I found the facility quite welcoming and the staff very professional. The doctor herself is quite pleasant and made me feel relaxed. I found the office online and specifically chose her because of her warm smile. I will certainly come again and not hesitate to recommend others to her.

Dr. Gordon was great, but I had to wait in the consulting room alone for 50 minutes, after having already waited 30 in the waiting room. Still, I've only been there once; it could have been a busy day. I'm planning on returning to her, but if the wait time continues to be so extreme, I may rethink that.

I didn't have to wait to long. Everything in the office is done on the computer, including refilling your prescription. Dr. gordon's bedside manner was pleasant and she seemed concerned. I will be coming back to her in the future.

Dr. Gordon is very professional and informative but the wait is beyond ridiuclous. Everytime I go I have an appointment yet I wait 1 to 2 hours. This visit 3. I might have to find another place

Dr.Gordon was extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She definately made up for the long, long, wait. But the wait was just beyond unreasonable. I scheduled an appt. weeks in advance and I was on time. Still, I waited TWO hours. Apparently, people were double booked AND they took in walk-ins. This was unacceptable!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gordon to get a second opinion on my fibroids diagnosis. She has a wonderful beside manner and put me at ease. I was given all of the relevant information on my condition and was given options on how to proceed. Although I waited nearly an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, it was well worth it. I highly recommend her!
